Awakening, ascension, whatever you want to call this journey is NOT a linear path. Sometimes, and by sometimes I mean regularly, you swing so bad with duality’s pendulum that you fall hard on your ass.
The silver lining is that it takes less time to get back on your feet, dust yourself off and keep moving, keep your calm and keep out of your crazed mind and frenetic feelings.
Get out of this life-long loop of the 3Ds: dissatisfaction, disappointment and despair. And the 2Ss: Self-Sabotage. That seems to be actually over. Hallelujah!
